We will send an email of instructions when attending a home viewing
Prior to all viewings, we require that everyone wear masks.
At the viewing we will go thru a disinfecting procedure prior to entering a home and discuss the procedures we will take during and after the viewing
During any closing process all documents are reviewed and completed digitally
At closing, we may be able to arrange web conferencing with all parties involved to avoid in person interaction. If we have to do an in person closing, we will address the necessary steps to be taken to ensure everyone involved is safe.
