We Understand the concerns during the Covid-19 pandemic. As assurance have taken steps to ensure that necessary to buy or sell home or sell, everyone is safe.

1. All appointments, requests and confirmation are made via email or phone.

2. We will send an email of instructions when attending home viewing.

3. Prior to all viewings, we require that everyone wear masks.

4. At the viewing will go thru disinfecting procedure prior to entering a home and discuss the procedures will take during and after the viewing.

5. During at closing process documents are reviewed and completed digitally.

6. At closing, may able their arrange web conferencing, with all parties involved to avoid in person interaction. If have person closing, will address there necessary steps take ensure everyone involved is safe.
